They delete negative reviews

I leave a review 2-3 months ago and they have removed it. Anyway, I purchased this exact same unit and the rubber between the bed and rack started to come out after two months of being installed. When I drive through bumps, the rack wobbles which seems it’s unstable.

Just what I needed..

I am back on the road to my kayak adventures. The Tuwa Moab bed rack system is amazing. I was able to install it myself easily; I love the look. The most important part is being able to put my kayak on top. It is super solid with straps.

Very solid. I love that it is compatible with my tonneau cover. My only recommendation is to assemble all the parts except the cross bars before attaching it to the vehicle. Much easier.

Compatible with Peragon LimitedHDx retractable bed cover

After contemplating between the Moab setup with other rack systems, I decided to go with the Moab due to its look and design. I was skeptical with the brackets that it may be too narrow that won't work with the Peragon bed cover tracks but I bit the bullet and gave it a try. To my surprise it works well with it. I did have to modify/cut the 2 front Peragon brackets to make them fit with the unistrut channels that were bought from Zoro and other little modifications to solve the interference with the lever pulls, but they all little things can be easy done. I have pictures if anyone interested. Anyways, I'm glad it works out and now I have both the rack and cover like I wanted it. I do wish you guys can span out the accessories for the rack such as: 1) a set of cross bars to connect left and right so we can mount like a platform or storage setup underneath the roof bars above the tonneau cover 2) or brackets that we attach aftermarket cross bars to the bed

great rack

installation would have been simple but i had to install around a tonneau cover so that added to the install time a bit. but it did work well with the cover.

Moab Rack

Love the look at this rack, fits perfectly on my Chevy Colorado! I was a little concerned regarding its fit with a Tonneau cover, but customer service assured me that it would work with the backflip, revolver X4s which it did with minimal difficulties installing. Did have an issue with missing bolts/washers that customer service addressed promptly.

New Truck - New Adventures

Just bought a Frontier and wanted to take it on adventures. What else is there to do than get a bed rack to hold all the gear that comes with that? After searching for a bed rack for around 2 weeks and going back and forth on price vs value questions in my head, I finally settled on TUWA as the obvious choice. It was EXTREMELY easy to assemble and allowed me to get on the road on an adventure to Uwharrie in NC within 2 days of delivery. Would 100% recommend to other friends but more importantly am proud of all the compliments I have gotten so far on how great it looks on the truck! Great job with this one TUWA.

TuwaPro Moab Bed Rack System

I just receive and installed my new TuwaPro bed rack on my 2022 Nissan Frontier ProX. The rack took me a couple hours to install and it was well worth the time and money. This is a very sturdy and strong rack and looks amazing on my truck. TuwaPro’s customer service is spot on. They replied quickly to all my questions. This is on my TUNDRA. Absolutely SOLID rack. Looks fantastic, extremely modular which is why i went this route. I can use the whole rack when traveling and overlanding. Then rock the chase rack only when rest is not in use. I actually used the recovery traction board mounts for my shower room set up which works AMAZINGLY! Just relocated the boards somewhere shown in picture. Keep innovating TUWA and I'll keep purchasing.

Fits like a glove

It took a couple hours to install it was fairly easy,I have already had complaments on how good the rack looks on my truck.The only downside I see is the adjustability of the height on the rack,other then that a good sturdy rack system.

Less than satisfactory

I ordered this rack system at the end of August. It came via Fed Ex a week later. Boxes were abused and some of the metal had rubbed against each other taking the paint off. Missing were the proper mounting brackets for my Tacoma. Contacted the company and they promptly sent out the right brackets four days later. Then on installing racks I found I only had a quarter of the M8 washers needed for the job. Contacted the company again and they said they would send out the washers and some touch up paint for the bare metal that was already rusting. Received the washers a week later but no touch up paint. Had to use my own. In all it took me almost five weeks to install the rack from the time of order. And this is my second review - the first one somehow got taken down. Guess the company only wants five star reviews.

Hello Stacey, we are sorry we could not provide the service you were looking for, despite being extremely short handed due to our staff traveling for shows around the country and couple of others missing due to health issues we still answered all of your questions from 9 am up to 11 pm even during the weekends, we are sorry this did not meet your standards for customer service. Also, our system only has 16 large plain washers that you use when installing the hoops on the MOAB Chase Rack and MOAB Single Bar, all others use regular plain washers. Despite that fact we still shipped you 16 more for your use to save you the trouble of having to find where you used the original 16 and having to replace them, we are sorry we could not ship it on the promised day due to the mentioned situation. Overall we are happy to assist you and will be in the future, we will use your feedback to learn and keep improving as a company, as for your last comment, we only publish reviews that we personally respond to as a gesture of gratitude for taking the time to leave a feedback.
