Holiday Shipping: Most orders for the contiguous U.S. are received within 7 business days or less. However, with the holiday season some delays may occur due to high volume of orders, weather conditions, etc. We apologize in advance if your order falls in this category, and TUWA Pro®️ ships orders on time, however transportation is what causes delays.
You may return your item for a refund or exchange within 15 days of the delivery date. Product must be purchased from TUWA Pro®️. If you purchased from an authorized seller of our product please contact them for your return or exchange.

If you return your item without the TUWA PRO®️ Return Authorization Number (TPRA#), your refund or exchange will NOT be processed. We will also provide you with a return address and packaging instructions for the return. Items must be returned in new and unused condition in their original packaging and include the return form. I've now had this rack for 15000 miles on the truck before doing a review. I talked to 5 different manufacturer about bedracks and after talking with a few people here I went with this setup. This was the only bed rack that I was told by the manufacturer it was compatible with a bed cover. The first thing I will say was I found it left a big gap in the XPRO15 rail system when I went to put it on which let in a lot of water. So after a lot of playing around I solved the problem and I've not had any leak in the system for over 15000 miles. I marked where the bed rack was going to sit and I took (M-D Building Products Gray Foam Tape Camper Seal for Camper Shells) and linded the top rail of the bed over lapped it with (Neoprene Rubber Foam Tape 1 Inch Wide x 1/16 Inch Thick) over the top of the bed making a tight seal. I then put the rack back in place and tighted the locking bolts down. I then took more of the (Neoprene Rubber Foam Tape 1 Inch Wide x 1/16 Inch Thick) and ran a strip over the whole rail for the cover and over the four mounting plates on the bed rack. I then ran a thin layer of (DYNAFLEX ULTRA 10.1 oz. Black Advanced Exterior Window, Door and Siding Sealant) on the inside of the cover rails. As you can see in the pictures where the mounting post is I put a little bit of sealant there also. This is a very well built product looking forward to many more years out of it. I will make more changes and add more stuff to it. Looking at getting 2 sets of the 4CX ROOF/SIDE BARS and a roof top tent next. See what test me and the family can put it through next.

I choose this Tuwa rack because it is compatible with tonneau cover. However it has little interference with my cover so I have to cut my cover rail to install it. It was so much job. In addition, for the roof top tent, it is not working with general rooftop mount because rack top portion is so wide. I have to made my own eight 90 degree custom bracket to secure my rooftop tent. Cutting and make hole on steel is not fun. And side bar install position is too low. Sidebar height is not adjustable. When I hang something like gas can or water container, it has interference with my truck body. Lastly, side bar hole doesn't much compatible with offroad stuff. I drilled sidebar for hang traction board. This rack looks good it self but nothing work without modification.

FInally ordered one after looking at them for over a month and going back and forth between Tuwa and competitors. Once I made the decision my order was shipped fast, to my door within 2 days. Took me a little longer to install then needed but man the tolerances are TIGHT with the powder coating. After getting everything on my truck and how I want it I put it through some testing. Shaking the hell out of it, hanging my workout sandbags off the cross members to see if they sag, they don't, and just throwing my bikes and kayak on there. It is a damn solid piece of equipment, well built and fairly priced. Now I just need to find all the accessories I want and get it fully outfitted. Thanks for making a great product and answering all my questions when I asked them. If I ever need to order another rack you can count on it being a Tuwa.
