Holiday Shipping: Most orders for the contiguous U.S. are received within 7 business days or less. Bed Rack Systems must be installed in accordance with Tuwa Pro installation guide. The Limited Lifetime Warranty is effective for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product and the warranty terminates when the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other person.
Damage to our products caused either by accidents, fire, vandalism, negligence, any type of modifications to the products, mis-installation, or mis-use is not covered by this warranty.

Solid product and quality with a team to back it up. I had a quick question on assembly. They actually called me directly, created a quick video for me, amazing.
I hope soon they build a longer basket to fill the truck bed. I recommend and will not hesitate to purchase in the future !

My bed rack came in without complete instructions. I had to download and peice meal together. Then opened my roof basket and the instructions for securing the basket are in spanish? Might return it if I cant figure it out

I received the bed rack and roof basked very quickly-one day faster than promised! My only criticism is that the instructions are lacking

Just assembled and got it mounted to my Ranger…the directions were rather confusing, especially being in Spanish, but otherwise a well designed product and looks sweet on top of the MOAB rack.
