Holiday Shipping: Most orders for the contiguous U.S. are received within 7 business days or less. However, with the holiday season some delays may occur due to high volume of orders, weather conditions, etc. We apologize in advance if your order falls in this category, and TUWA Pro®️ ships orders on time, however transportation is what causes delays.
Bed Rack Systems must be installed in accordance with Tuwa Pro installation guide. The Limited Lifetime Warranty is effective for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product and the warranty terminates when the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other person.
Damage to our products caused either by accidents, fire, vandalism, negligence, any type of modifications to the products, mis-installation, or mis-use is not covered by this warranty.

Just ran Jeep Easter Safari with the first Shiprock that was bolted to T-Slots, with Rotopax Mounts and Recovery Board Mounts. Ran thru a Snow storm in Durango, and after running multiple trails, some body flex, and the TUWA Hitch saver to some major hits, Everything is still rock solid. Rack, Boards, and Rotopax never loosened, squeaked, or moved. Still Rock Solid!

Installed 4CX RECOVERY BOARD MOUNTS in about 30 minutes. Lined them up with the holes in the board marked then and mounted them. My pins were 1/2 in threaded and I needed to enlarge the holes but that was easy. These come with two extra brackets that I later learned were bracing brackets to mount board mounts under the roof bars to install the boards inside the bed hanging down. (I may want two more to create a way to load a portable table later). Racks look great and the Recovery Boards are secure. Great product.
