Does this work with the trail-rail system in the Jeep Gladiator? A: Yes it does, you can install it by using our channel nuts that will slide inside your rail allowing you to bolt the brackets directly into it.

Does this offer cabin clearance for my Jeep Gladiator? A: The Shiprock Bed Rack System offer cabin clearance for your Jeep Gladiator with hard top only, Jeep Gladiators with soft top will not have cabin clearance, the Shiprock Mid Rack System does not provide cabin clearance for either model (12.5")

Is your product compatible with a tonneau cover? A: Yes! Our system is compatible with selected tonneau covers. Please refer to our Cover Compatibility List

Can I install a RTT? A: Yes, by adding the 4CX ROOF/SIDE BARS you can actually adjust the distance between both bars to match the rails of any Roof Top Tent in the market and you will be able to bolt it directly into our 4CX ROOF/SIDE BARS with the factory clamps that come with the RTT.

Holiday Shipping: Most orders for the contiguous U.S. are received within 7 business days or less. However, with the holiday season some delays may occur due to high volume of orders, weather conditions, etc. We apologize in advance if your order falls in this category, and TUWA Pro®️ ships orders on time, however transportation is what causes delays.

Tuwa Pro will warranty all products offering a Limited Lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects, additionally we offer a 3-year paint warranty.

Bed Rack Systems must be installed in accordance with Tuwa Pro installation guide. The Limited Lifetime Warranty is effective for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product and the warranty terminates when the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other person.

Damage to our products caused either by accidents, fire, vandalism, negligence, any type of modifications to the products, mis-installation, or mis-use is not covered by this warranty.

Easy to fit T-Slot cover

The entire experience with TUWA has been awesome! From the initial questions to the order process, shipping, customer service, and assembly. The rack is super solid, was easy to build, and looks great! Installed my Shiprock half rack into the T-Slots of my Roll N Lock cover, for my Gladiator this past weekend, Easy install that took just a few hours and a couple of bruised knuckles. Great company. Small issue with big results

I ordered the Shiprock mid rack for my Gladiator. It arrived with some miner scuffs on it. When I contacted Tuwa they went above and beyond to help resolve my issues. They are a fantastic company that cares about what they are doing! I highly recommend them and will be purchasing more from them in the future.

Such an awesome rack!!!

This rack checked so many boxes. I was able to keep and use my tonneau cover and still have 100% of its functionality. Mount my traction boards. Mount up some Rotopax containers. Still have full functionality on my digital rearview mirror. And I’ll be adding a hard shell rooftop tent in the coming weeks. Definitely happy with the options and strength of the Tuwa Pro adjustable Mid-Height rack.

Quality Product and Quality Support

Ordered the Shiprock Adjustable for T-slot Rails. Installed on 5th gen Ram, 6’5” bed, retractable tonneau cover. Product was well packaged and powder coating was solid. Install was not difficult. I would definitely recommend not tightening anything down until you get the product on your vehicle and spaced correctly.

Recently I sent some feedback to Tuwa Pro thinking I would get an automated response. 3 minutes after I hit send, I got a phone call from them addressing my feedback and asking questions! Blew my mind and now I’m a customer for life!

Great customer service!

I received my rack and roof basket very quickly (3 days) and it arrived in perfect shape due to the great packing of the components! My only issue was that the instructions were not entirely explanatory although the assembly was pretty straightforward forward.
I would hope that TuwaPro is considering other accessories like other manufacturers can provide such as awning, light, antenna and bike mount brackets.
