- Does this offer cabin clearance for my Honda Ridgeline? A: The Shiprock Bed Rack System offers cabin clearance for your Honda Ridgeline the Shiprock Mid Rack System does not (12.5")
- Does it work with a tonneau cover? A: Even though our system works great with tonneau covers across all vehicle models, the Honda Ridgeline is a different case, the bed is very specific making it hard to combine a bed rack and a cover without making modifications, however, many customers have been able to make it work in the past, email us or use the chat to learn more.
- Can I install a RTT? A: Yes, by adding the 4CX ROOF/SIDE BARS you can actually adjust the distance between both bars to match the rails of any Roof Top Tent in the market and you will be able to bolt it directly into our 4CX ROOF/SIDE BARS with the factory clamps that come with the RTT.
- What is the weight capacity? A: Rated Capacity Evenly Distributed (Static) 800 Lbs. / Dynamic Capacity 300 Lbs.

I can't even put into words how impressed I am with this Company; from the start they did not have the product I initially wanted in stock. So, they actually offered me a very discounted price on a similar, but more upgraded product. Of course, I said yes to the better option for cheaper! The shipping was very fast, however when I received the product there was a good deal of dents and damage from the shipper (FedEx). Tuwa did everything they could to help, sadly no replacement parts were in stock to send me, so they actually paid for touch up paint and sent that to me. The paints were just not what I was imagining so I wound up buying my own which I did not mind.
Tuwa also filed a claim with FedEx for their poor handling of the product and offered to send me the money they would receive from that claim! I was very surprised by this, and thrilled since it did take me hours to repaint the whole rack on my own. Months went by and the claim money never came. I reached back out to check up on it, and it turns out the claim was actually input incorrectly by one of the employees, the claim period elapsed so FedEx would not payout any of the money. The CEO of Tuwa (Tomas) reached out directly to me, owning the fault of his employee and actually paid out what FedEx would have if the claim was submitted on time. I was BLOWN AWAY to say the least, he absolutely did not have to make that decision; but he did for his Customers Gratification.
I was told that Tuwa’s number one goal as a company, is to provide Customers the best possible service; and I can easily say that Tuwa IS unquestionably providing the BEST Customer Service I have seen in my lifetime.

This a very well made rack. Beefy, quality welds, finish, and a legit powdercoat. Shipping was timely and arrived well packed with no dings or scratches. Easy to put together. Didn't really need the enclosed instructions. Plenty of hardware to complete the job. Lots of attachment possibilities. Already have my WaterPORT mounted to the quite sturdy center crossbar, Rotopax's mounted on the side braces and and KC C-3 cubes mounted on top. Quite pleased and highly recommend!!

This setup was a simple but clean look! We started out with this setup and ventured on to adding a single rack and also the 4CX bars to top it off! When you purchase Tuwa Pro products, you will not be disappointed!

I really like it. I wanted a way to carry lumber but didn't want an ugly rack. This thing is strong, the welds look solid, and it's nice having some adjustability. I was able to squeeze in my tonneau cover. Lots of bolts to install but I actually like the look of the bolts.
