The rack is great! Fits my 22 ridgeline well and looks good. My only issue that I had was the instructions. They could have been more detailed step my step instruction. But there are youtube videos of others that have figured it out and if you have mechanical aptitude of any sort its pretty easy to figure out the missing info. All in all would recommend 100% for a well built budget rack! Thank you Tuwa for crating something for my ridgline.

Easy to install when needed, and easy to remove when I don't need it. No drill installation, so no holes left behind when it's time to get a new truck in the future. 👍

Took me a little over 4 hours to put it together. There are a lit of pieces and the instructions don't really explain ever step, but I worked it out based on what made sense. They recommend half channel from some reseller online, I just went to HomeDepot and found what I needed. The attachment for the Ridgeline seems flimsy, but I put a canoe up there and that was the only thing holding it on through a roadtrip and it had no issues. The kit came with 2 versions, one for a standard truck and the other for Ridgeline. The intructions do say to have a torque wrench but do not provide values, which is strange.

Great quality, fits right, looks like the real deal, very useful for attaching other items. Worth every penny ( please note you need the strut adapter kit)

Got this for my 2021 Ridgeline. Everything arrived as expected, securely packaged and free of any damage. Installation was fairly easy, but be advised the Ridgeline requires the installation of 2 uninstrut channels to the inside of the bed with the existing factory bolts. It was a bit of a trick since the holes didn’t line up with those on the channels so you have to drill a hole in each channel piece.
Installation of the rack itself is very straightforward, but the directions are only moderately helpful. Mine came with 2 sets and had instructions for setting it up a different way. Also the way they suggested to use the unistrut nuts in the directions does not work; you have to put the plate facing out with the nut on the inside, not the other way around, otherwise the rack won’t sit flush on the channels. But it’s not hard to figure out. It might be overkill, but since there were 4 holes per corner but only 8 nuts included, I bought some more unistrut nuts on Amazon that were easier to work with to use all available holes. It did take a while to get all the fasteners attached and tightened down, but it seems nice and secure now that it’s together and installed. While the rack is very well built and sturdy, I worry that it is held in place by the unistrut channels, which are fastened to the bed sides with 3 pretty small factory bolts. But I guess downward weight and outward pressure mostly keep it in place. I’ll see how my gear mounts and travels and go from there!

Installed on BAK Revolver with t-bolts and installation was a breeze. The rack is well built & solid. A quality product.

This rack checked so many boxes. I was able to keep and use my tonneau cover and still have 100% of its functionality. Mount my traction boards. Mount up some Rotopax containers. Still have full functionality on my digital rearview mirror. And I’ll be adding a hard shell rooftop tent in the coming weeks. Definitely happy with the options and strength of the Tuwa Pro adjustable Mid-Height rack.

Ordered the Shiprock Adjustable for T-slot Rails. Installed on 5th gen Ram, 6’5” bed, retractable tonneau cover. Product was well packaged and powder coating was solid. Install was not difficult. I would definitely recommend not tightening anything down until you get the product on your vehicle and spaced correctly.

Recently I sent some feedback to Tuwa Pro thinking I would get an automated response. 3 minutes after I hit send, I got a phone call from them addressing my feedback and asking questions! Blew my mind and now I’m a customer for life!

I received my rack and roof basket very quickly (3 days) and it arrived in perfect shape due to the great packing of the components! My only issue was that the instructions were not entirely explanatory although the assembly was pretty straightforward forward.
I would hope that TuwaPro is considering other accessories like other manufacturers can provide such as awning, light, antenna and bike mount brackets.

The rack itself is exactly as described. But on the Ridgeline you must purchase two sections of Unistrut. Which is pointed out on the sales website. The Unistrut then bolts to the frame of the bed at three points along the Unistrut. But these are only 10mm screws and I find that troublesome. These three screws are the weak point in attaching the rack. Also should note that you need to drill into the Unistrut because the middle mount point is not aligned with the slot already in the Unistrut. Another Issue I had with mounting the rack is the tabs on the rails that sit on the bed sides did not come down far enough to go below the bottom rail of the Unistrut. So I needed to go back to the box store and purchase magnet mount 1/4" square washers for Unistrut. This fixed the mounting problem. But just understand you need to not only purchase the Unistrut sections, but also the spring inserts the bolts go into, the bolts, and in my case the washers. While I'm not ecstatic, this rack will work. But Honda needs to do better. The Ridgeline is sold as a pickup truck. And in this part of the country pickup trucks have headache racks. This rack mounting system is a compromise at best. It would not be a huge engineering feat for Honda to design a sturdy rack mount system on bed of the truck that matches the strength of the rack itself.

Very little are available for Honda. Yours gives multiple options and the customer service is great. Wish there were locations locally to see the options in person before blindly hoping items will work. They did work.

Love the new add.. Tuwa Pro Moab Chase Rack

The rack shipped quickly and I received it earlier than expected. Each piece was individually wrapped in plastic and packaged in a large cardboard box. Unfortunately, there was no padding and a few of the pieces were scratched up pretty bad. Also, the included hardware was missing a few washers. Not a big deal but did have to make a trip to the hardware store. Overall it's a decent rack but for the price I'd expect better packaging and quality control.

Ordering was easy and “chat” answered my questions right away. Even gave me a link to order unistrut channels as I was ordering for a Honda Ridgeline. Pkg’s arrived in a few days. Overall impressed with the service and quality of product.

Love this thing. Very stable easy to set up and adjustable. Can fit probably any set up you have. Few small scratches when I got it but after answering a million questions I had and arriving in 3 days I cannot complain. Thank you again

I can't even put into words how impressed I am with this Company; from the start they did not have the product I initially wanted in stock. So, they actually offered me a very discounted price on a similar, but more upgraded product. Of course, I said yes to the better option for cheaper! The shipping was very fast, however when I received the product there was a good deal of dents and damage from the shipper (FedEx). Tuwa did everything they could to help, sadly no replacement parts were in stock to send me, so they actually paid for touch up paint and sent that to me. The paints were just not what I was imagining so I wound up buying my own which I did not mind.

Tuwa also filed a claim with FedEx for their poor handling of the product and offered to send me the money they would receive from that claim! I was very surprised by this, and thrilled since it did take me hours to repaint the whole rack on my own. Months went by and the claim money never came. I reached back out to check up on it, and it turns out the claim was actually input incorrectly by one of the employees, the claim period elapsed so FedEx would not payout any of the money. The CEO of Tuwa (Tomas) reached out directly to me, owning the fault of his employee and actually paid out what FedEx would have if the claim was submitted on time. I was BLOWN AWAY to say the least, he absolutely did not have to make that decision; but he did for his Customers Gratification.

I was told that Tuwa’s number one goal as a company, is to provide Customers the best possible service; and I can easily say that Tuwa IS unquestionably providing the BEST Customer Service I have seen in my lifetime.

I was looking for a rack for my Ford Maverick that would fit with my configuration (Elevate TS rails and a Pro X15 Tonneau) The Tuwa customer support helped me out significantly even shipped me a leg so I could verify fit! That's just amazing service these days.
The rack arrived very fast and was packaged well, I installed it pretty quick and it's absolutely bomb proof, what a great product. I'm so glad I shopped with TUWA as other companies were far more difficult to deal with.

Installation was straight-forward on a Jeep Gladiator. Rack is universal fit and adjustable... feels really solid in the t-slots, with two t-bolts per leg. Happy with my purchase.
