Shipping - Lost/ Damage Package: If your order is lost, stolen or damaged please contact our customer service by phone 1-833 TUWAPRO (8892776) email customerservice@tuwapro.com and we will be happy to help resolve the situation as soon as possible.
Holiday Shipping: Most orders for the contiguous U.S. are received within 7 business days or less. However, with the holiday season some delays may occur due to high volume of orders, weather conditions, etc. We apologize in advance if your order falls in this category, and TUWA Pro®️ ships orders on time, however transportation is what causes delays.
You may return your item for a refund or exchange within 15 days of the delivery date. Product must be purchased from TUWA Pro®️. If you purchased from an authorized seller of our product please contact them for your return or exchange.
All merchandise being returned to TUWA PRO®️ must be pre-approved by TUWA PRO®️ you must contact us (customerservice@tuwapro.com) so we may provide you with a TUWA PRO®️ Return Authorization Number (TPRA#) All returns must include the TUWA PRO®️ Return Authorization Number (TPRA#) on the package or your returned package might be rejected by our return center.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and exchanges, shipping insurance not attributed to warranted defects or mis-shipment on the part of TUWA Pro®️.
If you return your item without the TUWA PRO®️ Return Authorization Number (TPRA#), your refund or exchange will NOT be processed. We will also provide you with a return address and packaging instructions for the return. Items must be returned in new and unused condition in their original packaging and include the return form. Returns without the return form, TUWA Pro®️ Return Authorization Number (TPRA#) or items that are returned damaged because of improper/careless shipping or packing will be rejected. We reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase price if the product is not returned in new or unused condition. I’m giving the product two stars because customer service is responsive and rack looks decent after installation.
I’ve had this rack installed for a couple of months now (April) and about a month ago, the rubber tape placed on the truck rail to prevent scratching (I believe) from the rack is coming off. Then just recently, all the rubber tapes just start flaring off. Now I have to cut them off and hopefully it doesn’t cause any damages to my truck.
I did speak to customer service a few weeks ago regarding another concern and they knew I was unhappy with the rack. So they offered a refund. In order to get a refund, I’ll need to return the rack. Fine, that’s how all refund works. However, this is a rack that took hours to install and now has to be disassembled. I have a camper on top which is not easy to remove. Then, I’ll need to find a box that will fit all of the parts, haul it to fedex or ups, then pay to have it shipped back. Now that sounds unreasonable. So I guess I’ll keep the rack.
Note to future customers. I suggest not to write a review until you’ve had the rack installed after a few months.
Looks like well built and well designed have not had a chance to finish installation yet worked on it about an hour or so far shouldn't take more than an hour or more to finish 2 hours total

I’m not one to write reviews often but felt the need to give this company some well deserved props! Their customer service is absolutely top notch! Asked a few questions via Facebook messenger before ordering and they always responded right away. Believe I ordered on Thursday and received on Saturday!
Upon opening the box the top bar had sustained some minor damage during shipping (not companies fault). I sent a few pictures through FB messenger to show them what happened . Again, they immediately responded and provided me with the option of having them ship another bar out or taking a very fair discount on the one that was damaged. I opted to take the discount and that was processed immediately as well.
On top of that the rack is very well made and I know it will last a long time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a good quality rack and absolutely great customer service. In todays day and age Tuwa Pro stands head and shoulders above other companies I’ve dealt with. Keep up the great work!

Install goes as many installs goes, a learning curve, yet this one didn’t have much of one. It’s point blank easy and totally doable for one person.
I got only half the rack system but plan on doing the full rack system.
•Install took me just over an hour
•Instructions clear and concise
•Customer service is top notch best in the industry
•This is a real head turner
•Only bed rack I could find that has 3 height stages, and able to be a half rack.
•Lots of install points for accessories
•And STILL ALLOWS for a tonneau cover?!?! Yes please!
•Probably the best looking rack that flows well with the gladiator.
